It's been almost one year using QuickBooks accounting software for my baker.
It's been almost one year using QuickBooks accounting software for my bakery business. I found it easy to learn, easy to use and ideal long term solution. The home page of the software guides through creating transactions. The menu tabs and links make it even easier to find the type of transaction you need to enter like:• Invoices: to create and customize invoices.
• Sales and Expenses: track sales and expenses.
• Reports: small business reports like balance sheets can be customized.
• Customers: in the customer center store contacts and customer information.
• Reduce data entry: download transactions automatically from the credit card accounts.The customer support team is patient and courteous in handling the client queries. The toll free number is reachable and provides quick resolution. I had been assisted with feasible solution when I faced problem of "Misclassifying expenses" with my QuickBooks software.

Highly recommend reviewing the start up vids and ask basic questions from the help about your records keeping. Good to have a basic knowledge of accounting BEFORE using since you could mess things up. VERY pleased!
